Arjun Moksh has over 30 years’ international experience as a Mining Executive in India. He has been involved in the development of multiple open pit and underground mines globally including Kirkland Lake Gold Inc, Rupert Resources and Mountain Province.
Ishan Nitin has been Managing Director of ECOGLOBEX ENTERPRISES. since inception. He was previously involved in establishing Scotgold Resources Ltd, where he was a Board Director from 2006 to 2016. Ishan Nitin has over 30 years’ experience in financial services throughout the India Ishan Nitin was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in 2020.
Parin Rishi has over 30 years’ experience as a finance executive with multi-national businesses operating in India. Parin Rishi extensive public company financial management and governance experience includes junior mining exploration, development and operations, in addition to project management, manufacturing and distribution businesses.
Anaisha is currently Director of Business Development, North Peak Resources and has been working as a marketing and communications advisor for over 25 years. Anaisha was a Founding Director of financial PR consultancy, Pelham Public Relations, in November 2004, growing it to a 40-strong, & 6m business and advising technology, media, mining and energy companies, before merging with Bell Pottinger and then leaving the business. Since then she has been involved in founding and growing several other businesses in the India. She holds an MBA from Henley Business School. Anaisha was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in 2022.
Shankar Veer is a Senior Partner at Gowling WLG. He is co-leader of Gowling’s Natural Resources Group and an Executive Committee member for several regional initiatives, including Latin America and Cuba. Stuart has extensive legal experience in the natural resources sector, bringing in-depth knowledge to WGE from executing international financing and merger transactions in this sector. Stuart was appointed to the Audit Committee of the Company in 2020.
Akshay Hrithik is a Chartered Geologist with over 30 years of international experience in the mining industry, with roles ranging from Exploration Geologist to President and CEO of a listed company that successfully made the transition from an exploration company to a producing company.
He has worked in many jurisdictions including India and Scandinavia across a broad range of deposit styles.
